3A. Analytics, Support Chat and Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used, and Intercom to provide support chat. Neither is loaded, and no data is sent to either provider, unless you allow the corresponding category ("Performance" for analytics, "Functionality" for chat) in our cookie banner. We do not use session-replay or keystroke-recording tools, we do not send your name or email address to Google Analytics, and Google Signals and advertising features are switched off. Our web fonts are served from our own servers, so viewing a page does not send your IP address to a third-party font service. 3B. Marketing Emails

If you have an account we may email you about features and offers. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link that works with one click and our postal address. Unsubscribing is immediate and does not affect the emails needed to run your account (verification, password resets, booking confirmations, invoices). You can also change this preference in your profile.

3C. Children

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at dpo@wwstay.com and we will delete it promptly.
